B-Well Cheesy Italian Pull Apart Sliders
B-well Original Tangy mayonnaise will leave your taste buds begging for more wit these easy Cheesy Italian Pull Apart Sliders. They are a fun and easy appetizer for relaxed nights of entertaining family and friends

B-well Canola Baking spray
½ cup B-well Original Tangy Mayonnaise
12 slider rolls
125g roasted red pepper pesto
½ mixed pitted Italian olives, chopped
3 tbsp hot peppadews, choppes
200g sliced salami
½ cup fresh basil leaves
8 slices mozzarella cheese
100g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, sliced
1 cup rocket
4 tbsp butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp hard grated cheese
Preheat the oven to 190C
Spray a generous amount of baking spray on a baking sheet. Cut the sliders in half and place the bottom half of the sliders onto the baking sheet. Spread the B-well mayo on each bun, followed by the roasted red pepper pesto.
Layer on the olives, peppadews, salami, basil, cheeses, and rocket.
Place the top half of the roll over the cheese.
In a bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, Italian seasoning and hard grated cheese. Spread the butter mixture over the top of the rolls. Cover the rolls with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted. Brush with any remaining garlic
- If you’re making this for a crowd, make sure to double the batch because these are definitely a crowd pleaser and more will be needed.
- You can use any deli meat for this recipe such as prosciutto, Spanish chorizo or pepperoni
