Baked Churro Chips with Chocolate Sauce
Inspired by churros, indulge in these baked churro chips with a chocolate dipping sauce.

3 tbsp cocoa powder
150g castor sugar
150ml Clover fresh milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 plain naan bread
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare a baking sheet.
Make the sauce by adding milk to a saucepan and heating on low heat. Add in the vanilla essence and sugar and stir to combine. Use a sieve to add the cocoa powder. Use a whisk to combine the ingredients together and increase the heat to melt. Continue to cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Place the naan on the prepared cookie sheet. Use a knife to slice each naan into bite size wedges or strips. Bake them for 12-15 minutes until crisp, flipping them halfway through cooking. In a bowl combine the cinnamon and the sugar. In a separate bowl melt the butter in the microwave. While the naan is still warm dip each piece in butter and then the cinnamon sugar. Serve the churro bites with the chocolate sauce.
Chefs Tip: You can swap the naan bread for tortillas. You can bake it or airfry for the crispiest results!
