Clover Classic Cheesy Bread Roll-Ups
A delicious contender for the cheesiest snack!

8 slices of white bread
4 baby leeks, finely sliced
½ cup gruyere cheese, grated
½ cup mature cheddar cheese, grated
6 tbsp Clover classic spread
Remove the crust from each piece of bread and flatten with a rolling pin. Heat a pan and add two tablespoons of the clover classic spread, followed by the leeks. Sauté for 7-10 minutes until soft and season with salt and pepper to taste, remove from the pan and give the pan a quick wipe. Add a generous clump of both cheeses on the breads, followed by the soft leeks, making sure to leave a strip at the tip of the bread to seal. Melt two tablespoons of classic spread in a small bowl. Roll up the bread until you reach the strip. Brush the strip with butter then roll to seal. Heat the pan and add the remaining classic spread. Place the rolls seam-side down then brush all over with the melted butter. Fry the rolls until golden, rotating frequently. Adding additional spread as necessary.
