Baked Pears with Clover Fruits of the Forest

Fill the air with the beautiful aromas of freshly baked cinnamon pears served with creamy Fruits of the Forest. 

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:

3-4 pears, halved and pits removed
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp cinnamon sugar

For the oat crumb
1 cup toasted oats
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp maple syrup

Fruits of the Forest with cereals, to serve

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180C. 
Scoop out the centres of the pears with the pits to make space for a filling. Brush the pears with oil and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. 
Place onto a lined baking tray and bake for 7-10 minutes. Alternatively, place into an airfryer for 7 minutes at 180C. 

To make the oat crumb, melt the butter in a saucepan and add in the oats. Sprinkle over the maple syrup and mix together. 

Once the pears are baked, place a generous dollop of Fruits of the forest in the centre and top with the oat crumbs. 

Chefs Tip: You can use any of the Fruits of the Forest flavours for this recipe.
