Baked Protein Pancake Bowls

We love these protein packed pancakes with Clover Fruits of the Forest Full Cream Yoghurt!

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp Fruits of the Forest full cream yoghurt
  • 70ml milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 25g protein powder of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Raspberries for topping

How To Make Baked Protein Pancake Bowls

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the egg, Fruits of the Forest, milk and honey.
  3. Fold in the flour, baking powder and protein powder. Mix until well combined.
  4. If the mixture is too dry, add more milk.
  5. Pour into heatproof ramekins/mug or bowls and top with some raspberries.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool slightly and serve with an extra dollop of Fruits of the Forest.
