Berry Crumble Banana Split

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 banana’s, halved lengthways
  • 1 cup Fruits of the Forest full cream yoghurt, any flavour
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup Granola
  • Honey for drizzling

How To Make Nectarine Habanero Roast Chicken

  1. In a saucepan, heat up the blueberries with the honey and a dash of water.
  2. Allow to simmer until the berries start cooking, creating a compote. Set aside to cool.
  3. Layer the bananas with a generous layer of your favourite flavour of Fruits of the Forest full cream yoghurt.
  4. Top with blueberry compote and sprinkle over the granola.
  5. Drizzle with honey and serve.
