Ingredients:
1-2 banana’s, halved lengthways
1 cup Fruits of the Forest full cream yoghurt, any flavour
1 cup blueberries
2 tsp honey
1 cup Granola
Honey for drizzling
How To Make Nectarine Habanero Roast Chicken
In a saucepan, heat up the blueberries with the honey and a dash of water.
Allow to simmer until the berries start cooking, creating a compote. Set aside to cool.
Layer the bananas with a generous layer of your favourite flavour of Fruits of the Forest full cream yoghurt.
Top with blueberry compote and sprinkle over the granola.
