Breakfast Yoghurt Loaf

Changing up your breakfast game with Clover Fruits of the Forest! 

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups Fruits of the Forest full cream yoghurt, Citrus or berry flavour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2 cups berries (strawberries sliced)
  • Granola, mixed seeds or chopped nuts for garnish

How To Make Breakfast Yoghurt Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Place Fruits of the forest into a large bowl, along with the eggs, almond flour, vanilla essence and maple syrup or honey . Add in 1 cup of berries and mix well.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and lined loaf tin. Scatter some of the other berries on top and garnish with seeds, granola or nuts.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes until firm. Allow to cool before slicing.
