Changing up your breakfast game with Clover Fruits of the Forest!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Fruits of the Forest full cream yoghurt, Citrus or berry flavour
4 eggs
2 cups almond flour
1tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
2 cups berries (strawberries sliced)
Granola, mixed seeds or chopped nuts for garnish
How To Make Breakfast Yoghurt Loaf
Preheat oven to 180C.
Place Fruits of the forest into a large bowl, along with the eggs, almond flour, vanilla essence and maple syrup or honey . Add in 1 cup of berries and mix well.
Pour the batter into a greased and lined loaf tin. Scatter some of the other berries on top and garnish with seeds, granola or nuts.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until firm. Allow to cool before slicing.
