Blackberry Spinach Rooibos Smoothie

Easy to nourish your body while still enjoying every sip!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blackberries (½ cup for cooking, rest for topping & smear)
  • 1 cup brewed Laager Rooibos tea (cooled)
  • 1 cup (handful) fresh baby spinach (washed)
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • Ice (optional, for thicker texture)
  • Premade smoothie + precooked down blackberries ready to “plate

Props:

  • 2 clear glasses for serving with straws
  • Blender or Nutribullet
  • Spoon for smearing berries inside glass
  • Small jug for backup pre-made smoothie
  • Small bowls to display ingredients (6-7x)
  • Long teaspoon skewer for garnish
