Brûléed Custard Tartlets

Bite-sized treats at home with Clover Custard the star of the show!

Preparation time: 20 – 25 minutes


  • 6 × store-bought pastry tart shells
  • 2 cups Clover Custard
  • ½ cup castor sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • To serve:
  • fresh berries
  • mint

How To Make Custard Tartlets

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C, place store-bought tart shells into the oven for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  2. In a small mixing bowl add sugar and cinnamon and mix until well combined, fill each pastry tart shell with Clover Custard, then sprinkle over some cinnamon sugar and make sure to distribute it evenly, then use a blowtorch and caramelize the sugar.
  3. Serve with fresh berries and mint, Enjoy!
