Cook until sauce is thickened.Remove from the heat, add the cheese and season to taste.To serve: Fold into cooked macaroni, top with extra cheese and bake till golden OR pour over roasted vegetables Ingredients:For peppercorn sauce:3 tbsp butter2 shallots, finely chopped2 garlic cloves, finely chopped2 tbsp cracked black pepper1 tbsp Golden Cloud Cake Flour2 sprigs fresh thyme2 cups cream How To Make Peppercorn SauceMelt the butter in a pan on medium heat. Add the shallots, garlic and thyme, and sauté until soft.
