  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess

How To Make Cheesy Spinach & Feta Bagel Melts

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted (about 2-3 minutes for fresh; 1 minute for thawed frozen).
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Lightly toast the bagel halves in a toaster or under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until slightly crisp.
  9. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese (if using) on each bagel half.
  10. Divide the spinach mixture evenly among the bagels.
  11. Top with crumbled feta and then shredded mozzarella or cheddar.
