Chia and Yoghurt Pudding

A fruity and nutritious snack with Clover Fruits of the Forest

Serves: 1-2 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups Fruits of the Forest, Citrus Flavour
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Zest of ½ orange/clementine
  • Juice of 1 orange/clementine
  • 1 Orange, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds
  • ½ cup nuts, toasted and chopped
  • Zest of citrus (orange or lemon)

How To Make Chia and Yoghurt Pudding

  1. In a bowl, mix together the yoghurt, chia seeds, honey, zest and juice of orange or clementine.
  2. To your glass, add the orange slices so that they come up against the walls of the glass.
  3. Scoop in the chia and yoghurt pudding mix.
  4. Place into fridge to set.
  5. In a small separate bowl, mix together the mixed seeds, nuts and zest.
  6. Garnish on top when ready to serve Chia puddings.
