Chia and Yoghurt Pudding A fruity and nutritious snack with Clover Fruits of the ForestServes: 1-2 servingsPrep time: 10 minutes Ingredients:1 ½ cups Fruits of the Forest, Citrus Flavour2 tbsp Chia Seeds1 tbsp honeyZest of ½ orange/clementineJuice of 1 orange/clementine1 Orange, peeled and sliced into rounds1/4 cup mixed seeds ½ cup nuts, toasted and choppedZest of citrus (orange or lemon) How To Make Chia and Yoghurt PuddingIn a bowl, mix together the yoghurt, chia seeds, honey, zest and juice of orange or clementine. To your glass, add the orange slices so that they come up against the walls of the glass.Scoop in the chia and yoghurt pudding mix.Place into fridge to set. In a small separate bowl, mix together the mixed seeds, nuts and zest.Garnish on top when ready to serve Chia puddings.
