Ingredients:1 Tbsp olive oil 1 onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, chopped1kg chicken livers, cleaned 1 Tbsp tomato paste1 tin chopped & peeled tomatoes salt & pepperricesteamed vegetables How To Make Chicken LiversHeat olive oil in a large pan, add in onions and garlic, allow the onions to brown then add in chicken livers.Allow the chicken livers to brown, then add in tomato paste and tinned tomato.Allow this to cook for 5 – 10 minutes, until the chicken livers are cooked through, then season to taste with salt & pepper.Serve with rice and veg
