Chicken & Mushroom Pizza
Amber & Nick Wright makes a chicken & mushroom pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pizza base or dough
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
To serve:
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
How To Make Pizza
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the pizza base or rolled-out dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Spoon the pizza sauce evenly over the base, leaving a slight edge for the crust.In a bowl, toss the chicken with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Distribute the seasoned chicken and sliced mushrooms evenly over the sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza.Add a sprinkle of dried oregano over the top.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley Slice and serve!
