Ingredients:
1 cup oats, toasted
1 cup dates, chopped
¼ cup desiccated coconut
1/3 cup nuts or dried fruit of your choice
1 cup peanut butter
¼ cup cocoa powder

Mix all ingredients together to form a thick mixture then roll into balls, coat balls with the remaining coconut and place into the lunchboxes
Ingredients:

1 cup raw nuts, finely chopped
1/3 cup cocoa powder
½ cup desiccated coconut
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 Tbsp water
How To Make Chocolate & Coconut Energy Balls
Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until well combined, then remove the mixture from the machine and roll into balls, coat with desiccated coconut and place into the lunchboxes or refrigerate for later.
