Chicken Wrap

Perfect for a quick lunch or a light dinner on the go, enjoy this chicken wrap!

Ingredients:

  • 2 x sliced chicken breast
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp smoked chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cup sliced rainbow peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomato’s cut in half
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 TBSP fresh parsley
  • Sour cream
  • 2 x Large white wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 avo sliced

How To Make Chicken Wrap

  1. In a large bowl add in your sliced chicken breast along with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, smoked chili flakes, salt and pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. In a heated pan add in your chicken pieces and fry on a high heat until you get a nice color on the outside of your chicken. And then remove from the pan
  3. In the same pan add in your peppers and onions. Sauté for a few minutes then add in your Cherry tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Now we can add back our chicken and cook for a further 3 minutes. Top your chicken mixture with grated cheese and cover with a lid to allow the cheese to melt. Then top with fresh parsley.
  5. Time to build your wrap. On a large white wrap start with a layer of sour cream then add in shredded lettuce and your chicken, peppers and cheese mixture. Top with some sliced avocado and fold your wrap.
  6. You can toast your wrap or serve immediately and enjoy!
