
Chicken Wrap
Perfect for a quick lunch or a light dinner on the go, enjoy this chicken wrap!

Ingredients:
- 2 x sliced chicken breast
- 1tsp onion powder
- 1tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp smoked chilli flakes
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cup sliced rainbow peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomato’s cut in half
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 TBSP fresh parsley
- Sour cream
- 2 x Large white wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 avo sliced
How To Make Chicken Wrap
- In a large bowl add in your sliced chicken breast along with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, smoked chili flakes, salt and pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
- In a heated pan add in your chicken pieces and fry on a high heat until you get a nice color on the outside of your chicken. And then remove from the pan
- In the same pan add in your peppers and onions. Sauté for a few minutes then add in your Cherry tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Now we can add back our chicken and cook for a further 3 minutes. Top your chicken mixture with grated cheese and cover with a lid to allow the cheese to melt. Then top with fresh parsley.
- Time to build your wrap. On a large white wrap start with a layer of sour cream then add in shredded lettuce and your chicken, peppers and cheese mixture. Top with some sliced avocado and fold your wrap.
- You can toast your wrap or serve immediately and enjoy!
