You can use this as a condiment at any meal or throw in some nachos and have it on its own!
Serves: 6-8 Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
60ml oil 3 tsp chilli flakes 2 spring onions, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped Handful walnuts, chopped Handful fresh coriander, chopped Salt and pepper to taste 350g Clover Bliss Double Cream yoghurt Tortilla chips for serving
Method:
Heat the oil in a small pan over a high heat Place the chilli flakes, spring onions, garlic, walnuts, coriander, salt and pepper into a bowl and pour the oil over. Allow to infuse. Swirl the yoghurt onto a plate and drizzle over the chilli oil. Serve with tortilla chips
