Parmesan Chicken Tenders with Clover Classic Buffalo Dip

This comes together in just a few easy steps for a great midweek meal.

500g chicken tenders
½ cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tbsp Mixed herbs
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup panko breadcrumbs

For the Mayo buffalo dip
1 cup Clover Classic Mayo, 1
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp Cajun spice
Squeeze of fresh lime juice


Place the flour into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, panko crumbs, paprika and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Dip the chicken tenders into the flour, then into the melted butter and then into the parmesan mixture. Set aside until all the chicken tenders are coated.
Heat an airfryer to 180C and bake the chicken tenders for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked. Alternatively bake in an oven.
Mix together the ingredients for the buffalo dip and serve with Parmesan Chicken tenders.

Chefs Tip: You can use the same recipe for fish fillets and cutlets.
