Clover Bliss Harissa Meatballs
Looking to spice up your midweek meals, you will have a tasty dinner in a flash making a delicious Harissa meatballs.

Ingredients:
For the meatballs
500g chicken or beef mince
¼ cup harissa paste/pesto
1 red chili, chopped
Handful fresh coriander
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Yoghurt whip
100g ricotta
1 cup Clover Bliss Double Cream yoghurt, plain flavour
1 tsp ground cumin
1 chili, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small cucumber, diced, for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving
Fresh herbs coriander for serving
Method:
To make the meatballs, combine the mince, harissa paste, chili, coriander and juice of lemon in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix to combine. Form into meatballs. Heat a glug of oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs until cooked through. Set aside
Prepare the yoghurt whip by placing the yoghurt, ricotta, cumin and chili into a blender and blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
To serve, add the whipped yoghurt to a serving dish, top with meatballs, diced cucumber and garnish with lemon wedges and fresh coriander.
Chefs Tip: For the best result, allow the meatballs to absorb the flavours overnight and you can determine the level of spicy for the yoghurt whip.
