1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted 250g cream cheese ¾ cup icing sugar 1 cup Clover Bliss Double Cream Yoghurt, lemon meringue flavor Egg wash for brushing
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C Use a cookie cutter to cut out rounds of the pastry. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, icing sugar and ½ cup of the Clover Bliss double cream yoghurt.
Place a teaspoon of the mixture onto the centre of each puff pastry. Slightly score around the mixture so that the pastry bakes evenly around the edges. Brush the puff pastry edges with the eggwash and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Dollop with more Bliss Double Cream yoghurt once cooled and a final dusting of icing sugar to serve.
Chefs Tip: You could also use a different Clover Bliss flavour!
