Clover Bliss Mini Chocolate Tarts

When it comes to chocolate tart, there’s no need to feel intimidated by their decadent looks.

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, cubed
1 ½ cup cake flour
½ cup icing sugar

For the filling
1 cup Clover Bliss Dessert
1 cup double cream
180g dark chocolate, melted

Fresh raspberries for garnish
Mint for garnish
Melted chocolate, for garnish

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180oC.
Lightly grease a muffin tin.
Using your fingertips rub the butter into the flour and sugar until a ball starts to form.
Do not over mix.
Press the dough into a muffin tin, making sure to press into the corners.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool completely before filling the tart.

Make the filling by whisking together the Clover Bliss chocolate dessert , double cream and melted chocolate. Fill the cooled tart shells and garnish extra melted chocolate, berries and mint.

Chefs Tip: Add chocolate chips to the batter for a more chocolatey taste.
