Clover Bliss Red Velvet Mug Cake

What’s the one thing most people reach out for in the morning, everyday? It’s of course their favorite mug to enjoy a warm beverage. Make it more blissful & make it cake!

3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp white vinegar
2 tbsp Clover Bliss Double Cream yoghurt, Red Velvet flavour
1 ½ cup flour
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
¼ cup vegetable oil
5 drops red food colouring, optional
Icing sugar for dusting on top, optional
Whipped cream for serving

Clover Bliss Double Cream yoghurt, red velvet flavour for serving


In a bowl, whisk together the milk and vinegar. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt). Add to the milk mixture, vegetable oil Clover Bliss Double Cream yoghurt and red food colouring. Whisk until smooth.
Cook in the microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. This recipe will rise and then deflate slightly since it’s being cooked in the microwave. Once cooled, serve with whipped cream, Bliss Double cream yoghurt and a dusting of icing sugar and serve immediately!
