Clover Butro Calzone
Overlooked by the grand pizza, calzones is quick to make and delicious, even worth sharing.

Ingredients:
500g mince
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp mixed dried herbs
300g shop bought dough
Clover Butro
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup grated cheese of choice
2 cups pasta sauce
Sauce for serving
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Heat a spoon of Cover Butro in a large frying pan and add in the chopped onion. Saute for a few minutes then add in the mince. Roughly break up in the pan then season with salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Set aside and allow to cool.
Break off a piece of dough and stretch out into a pizza round shape. Spread the one half of the base with Clover Butro and top with spinach, cheese, mince and pasta sauce. Fold the other half of the base over and tuck in the edges. Spread with more Clover Butro on the top and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the dough is golden and serve warm with sauce of choice.
Chefs Tip: The great thing about making a calzone is that you can add any toppings for the filling and fold it over for the perfect lunch at school or work.
