Clover Classic Chicken Pakoras with Mayo Dip

Sometimes it can be a challenge to make simple staples taste good in a flash. If you love pakoras in general, you are going to fall in love with our Chicken Pakoras

Serves: 4-5

3 chicken breast fillets, cut into chunks
1 pack chilli bite mix
2 spring onions, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
Handful fresh coriander, chopped
1/2 cup – 1 cup water
Oil for frying

For the mayo dip
1 cup Clover Classic mayo
Handful fresh coriander, chopped
Few mint leaves, chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Pomegranate seeds for garnish


Place the chilli bite mix into a bowl and add in the spring onions, green chilli and chopped coriander. Mix until combined then add in the water. The mixture should not be too runny. Add in the chicken and coat well with the chilli bite mix

Heat the oil for frying and fry the coated chicken chunks until golden brown in colour and chicken is cooked through. Place onto papertowel to drain excess oil.

Mix together the ingredients for the mayo dip. Serve with Chicken pakoras.

Chefs Tip:

You can use the same recipe for fish fillets instead of chicken or for a veggie addition, use frozen corn or peas.

Omit the chilli if you are sensitive
