Clover Classic Corn Ribs 3 ways

A lekker braai is not just about the meat the sides play a big role. Corn is always a popular go to, corn ribs has been making a big entrance, we say it’s a side here to stay.

X1 pack corn ribs or corn on the cob
For the chakala spread
100g Clover Classic spread
½ cup Chakalaka
Salt flakes, to taste

For the biltong spread
100g Clover Classic spread
1 cup biltong, finely chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt to taste

For the herb spread
100g Clover Classic spread
Handful fresh coriander, chopped
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp chilli flaks
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste


Cook or griddle the corn until cooked through.
Place the ingredients for each spread into a small bowl and mix to combin.
Spread each flavour of spread onto the corn and serve.

Chefs Tip: You can add additional ingredients like chopped nuts to the spread.
