Clover Classic Supreme Crunchwrap with Mayo Ranch Dip

If you are a big fan of tortilla wraps as a light lunch over weekends – here’s something you absolutely have to try this weekend

Serves: 4-5
Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

500g cooked savoury beef mince
2 cups cheese sauce
3 large tortillas
3 smaller tortilla circles
2 cups nacho chips
1 Cos lettuce, chopped
Handful Fresh coriander
½ cup sour cream
1 cup tomato, onion and coriander salsa

For the Classic mayo ranch
1 avo, halved and mashed
1 Cup Clover Classic Mayo, 1
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
Handful Fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Assemble the crunchy wraps by placing the tortillas on a surface. Spread a layer of cheese sauce on the bottom, in the centre and top with a mince layer, lettuce, nacho chips, salsa sour cream and a small tortilla circle.
Place a thin layer of sour cream along the edges of the bottom tortilla and Fold the edges of the inwards. Heat a thin layer of oil in a large pan and place in the filled tortilla. Cook for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.

Mix together the ingredients for the ranch dip. Cut the supreme wrap and serve with ranch dip

Chefs Tip:

You can choose to make your filling using burger patties. You can also use shredded chicken

Fill it with as many things as you like – bacon would not go amiss!
