300g boneless chicken thighs, halved 1 cup Clover Classic mayo, 3 1 cup flour Salt and pepper
For the honey butter saice 1/3 cup honey 70g butter 1 clove garlic, chopped Squeeze of fresh lemon 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp chilli flakes Salt and pepper to taste Handful fresh parsley, chopped
Method:
Add the Clover Classic mayo to a bowl and season the flour in another bowl. Dip the chicken chunks into the mayo then dip into the seasoned flour. Cook in the airfryer for 8-10 minutes at 180C, or until cooked through. Alternatively, shallow fry in oil until cooked through.
To make the honey sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and add in the honey, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, chilli flakes and season salt and pepper. Cook until slightly thickened, pile up the chicken and drizzle the sauce over the chicken. Garnish with parsley and serve as desired.
Chefs Tip: Marinate the chicken with lemon juice for at least 20 minutes for tender, juicy chicken.
