Clover Classic Spiced Fruit Custard
A chilled dessert for a special occasion.

2 cups Clover Classic custard
½ tsp ground cardamom
¼ cup mango , fresh or frozen, pureed
1 red apple, chopped
1 stone fruit, chopped
½ cup cashew nuts
¼ cup pistachios, chopped
Cinnamon sugar for dusting
Pour the Clover Classic custard into a saucepan and add in the ground cardamom. Gently heat and pour into a bowl to cool. Fold in the mango puree.
Pour into serving bowls or glasses and add in the fruit. Garnish with nuts and cinnamon sugar.
Chefs Tip: You can pre-make this dish to set overnight in the fridge and garnish as desired before serving.
