Clover Elite Cheese and Chicken Crunch Wrap

It’s got crunch, it’s got flavour, and it’s oozing with Clover Elite Cheese!

Serves: 4-5

6 tortilla wraps
3 chicken breasts
300ml tomato passata
2 tbsp Mexican seasoning
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup grated Clover Tussers cheese
1 cup grated Clover Cheddar cheese
1 pack nacho chips
1 cup sour cream


Place the chicken and peppers onto a baking tray and season with Mexican seasoning and olive oil. Toss to coat and grill for 25-30 minutes.
Once cooked, shred the chicken.
Layer the tortillas on the bottom of a greased baking sheet, overlapping the sides. Adda layer of the cheese on the base followed by red onion, cooked chicken and peppers. Mix together the tomato Passata and sour cream and drizzle over, then top with the nacho chips and more cheese. Cover with the last layer of toritllas and fold over the sides so that that filling is enclosed.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes and serve with sauce of choice

Chefs Tip: You can leave out the chicken to make it vegetarian, or add different meat to your liking.
