3-4 ciabatta, or any bread of choice, sliced thick 1 garlic clove X1 seasoned or leftover steak, cooked to your liking ½ red onion, thinly sliced and lightly pickled 3-4 Clover Elite cheese slices ¼ cup mayo 1 gem lettuce, chopped 1 tomato,chopped ½ small cucumber, chopped
Method:
Rub the garlic clove on the bread and toast in a pan until golden brown. Slice the steak. Spread the mayo onto the bread and top with steak. Whilst warm, top with cheese slices and allow to melt slightly. You can use as many cheese slices as you prefer. Add onion, lettuce, tomato, cucumber. Close cucumber and enjoy.
