Clover Fruits of the Forest Baked Oat cups

Make your morning breakfast fun by making some oat cups, that is to help make your good mornings, become great mornings.

Serves: 5-7

Ingredients:

For the oat cups
2 cups oats
4 tbsp honey
2 ripe bananas
1/1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp sunflower seeds toasted
1/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds toasted
1/2 tsp sesame seeds toasted

For serving
100g Almond butter
Kiwi
Nectarines
Fruits of the Forest with cereals, any flavour
Honey

Method:

Pre -heat the oven to 180°C
Prepare the oat cups by combine all the ingredients oat cup ingredients in a large bowl until it’s well combined. Line a muffin tray and equally divide the mixture to form the oat bowls and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and fill with nut butter, Fruits of the Forest with cereals, kiwi and nectarine slices and drizzle with honey.

Chefs Tip: Make the oat cups before and store them in the freezer. Simply thaw when you are ready to use.
