1 banana, sliced and frozen 1 cup strawberries, frozen 2 tbsp Clover Fruits of the Forest, strawberry flavour 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
for garnish ½ cup strawberries, sliced Fresh mint Sunflower seeds, toasted
Method:
Place the frozen banana, strawberries, Fruits of the Forest, honey and protein powder into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a serving glass and top with strawberries, mint and sunflower seeds.
