Clover Fruits of the Forest Strawberries and Cream Breakfast Donuts

When you’re bored of the same old, try these fruity breakfast donuts.

Serves: 6-8

1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup Fruits of the Forest, Strawberry flavour
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup diced strawberries

Strawberry Cream Cheese Glaze
100g cream cheese, softened
1 cup icing sugar
2 tbsp Fruits of the Forest strawberry flavour
Sliced strawberries for garnish


Preheat the oven to 180C.
In medium bowl add the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir to combine.
Add in the egg, Fruits of the forest, milk, butter and vanilla essence and stir until everything comes together, but do not over mix.
Fold in your strawberries.
Spray a donut pan or muffin tin with cooking spray and add scoop in the batter.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until slightly golden and donuts spring back when touched.
Remove from oven and turn out onto a cooling rack.
Combine the ingredients for the glaze. make your icing combine your cream cheese and powdered sugar together in small bowl.
Fold in some of the strawberries.
Dip each donut into the icing mixture and return to cooling rack to let sit a few minutes and garnish with fresh strawberries.
