Clover Fruits of the Forest with Plum Clafoutis

Nothing is better than a fruitiness, creamy and crunchy dessert that you can enjoy in the comfort of your home. 

Serves: 4-5
Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

3-4 ripe plums, sliced into wedges
½ cup flour
½ cup castor sugar
4 eggs, seperated
¾ cup cream

For serving
Clover Fruits of the Forest for serving
Icing sugar for dusting

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180C
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks with the sugar until thick and pale. Stir in the vanilla essence and cream. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks and fold into the batter. Place the plum wedges into the bottom of a muffin tin lined with baking paper. Pour the batter over the plums and bake for 15-20 minutes. Place more plum wedges on top and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve with Fruits of the Forest and a dusting of icing sugar.
