Clover Krush Baked Chicken Taquitos

Hola! Its Mexican night in and if there’s one dish that is a 100% crowd pleaser, its Baked Taquito’s! It packs a punch of flavor and we guarantee the whole fam will enjoy it.

Serves: 3-4
Prep Time: 15 minutes


2 rotisserie chicken breasts, shredded
½ cup cream cheese
3 spring onions, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
Handful fresh coriander/parsley, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt and pepper to taste
5-6 tortillas

For serving
Sour cream


Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese spring onions, tomato, coriander, and cheese. Season with mixture with ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper and mix well to combine.

Place a few spoonfuls of the filling onto on end of the tortilla and roll up tightly. You can secure them with a toothpick if needed. Brush the roll-ups lightly with oil and place onto a greased baking tray or dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.

Serve with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and a refreshing Krush juice.

Chefs Tip:You can choose whether to make your taquitos with chicken or beef and for a vegetarian version, explore with lentils or chickpeas
