Clover Krush Leftover Savoury Easter Pie

Serves: 5-6

Ingredients:
For the crust
3 cups flour
pinch of salt
½ cup cold butter, cubed
1 large egg
6 tbsp cold water
For the filling
1-2 cups left over meat, shredded(chicken/lamb/pork meat)
3 spring onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1cup broccoli floret, cut into small pieces
½ cup corn kernels (frozen or tinned)
2 cups ready made cheese sauce
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheese
Method:
To make the crust: Combine the flour and salt and a mixing bowl and add in the butter. Rub together until the flour resembles breadcrumbs. Gradually add in the large egg and water and mix just until a dough starts to from. Form into a ball, wrap and place into the fridge to chill.
To make the filling: Combine all the ingredients into a bowl with half cup of the cheese.
Once the pastry has rested for 20 minutes, roll out onto a floured surface and place into greased oven friendly dish. Add the rest of the cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180C until golden brown on top. Serve with refreshing Krush juice.
