Clover Krush Orange Detox Salad

 If there is a drink for all of life’s best moments, it has got to be a refreshing 100% Krush juice packed with goodness and 100% flavour.

Serves: 4-5
Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

½ head broccoli, blitzed to resemble rice grains
1 large beetroot, cooked and diced
½ cucumber, diced
1 carrots, grated
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 orange, peel removed and segmented
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup almond flakes, toasted
2 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds

For the dressing
½ cup extra vorgin olive oil
¼ cup Krush Carrot and orange juice
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp honey
salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Place all the salad ingredients into a bowl. In a small bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad ingredients and toss together to serve.

Chefs Tip:

You can use as many veg as you prefer to make these fritters. Frozen veg works well too.
