Ingredients:

  • 166g milk (160ml)
  • 146g butter (160ml)
  • 4g salt (1/2 tsp)
  • 191g flour (360ml)
  • 330g eggs (1 cup)

How To Make Choux Buns

  1. In a pan boil the butter, milk, water and salt together.
  2. Once milk, water, butter are boiling sift in the flour.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add in eggs one at a time until you get the desired texture.

Ingredients:

  • 200g hazelnuts
  • 200g Whole Almond
  • 300g Sugar

How To Make Praliné

  1. Blitz together until a paste forms

Ingredients:

  • 400ml Whipped Cream  
  • 180g White chocolate 
  • 200g Praline 

How To Make Praliné Whipped Cream

  1. In a pan add cream, then allow it to bowl.
  2. Once the cream starts boiling add in the rest of the ingredients then blend everything, then add in cooled cream.
