How To Make French Toast
- In a large bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients, then in a separate bowl whisk the eggs, Clover Vanilla Custard, milk, oil, molasses and vanilla essence. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until well combined. Preheat a waffle iron and lightly grease with non-stick cooking spray, ladle the batter into the waffle iron and cook for a few minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with butter. Dip each waffle piece into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place the dipped waffles in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with a generous amount of Clover Vanilla Custard, dust with icing sugar and garnish with cherries.
