DIY Fruity Gummy Bears

With various flavours to choose from, kids can create their own colourful, edible masterpieces—and it’s a fantastic way to bond as a family!

Serves: 3-5
Preparation time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Clover Krush Nectar, any flavour of your choice
  • 1/2 Cup Clover Krush Nectar, any flavour of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp unflavoured gelatine
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

How To Make DIY Fruity Gummy Bears

Chef’s tips
– If any foam forms while stirring, skim it off and discard
– Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days

  1. Combine the juice, gelatine and sugar in 2 separate saucepans.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until the gelatine and sugar dissolve completely, about 1 minute, make sure there is no undissolved sugar stuck to the bottom of the saucepan.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a small measuring cup.
  4. Pour the mixture into moulds on a flat surface and slowly fill each mould, give the mould a shake to ensure the mixture settles to the bottom, place intro the refrigerator until set.
