Egg BLT Sliders

A delicious and creative twist on a classic favourite!

 

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs (hard-boiled and peeled)
  • 3 slices of cooked bacon (cut in halves)
  • 1 small tomato (sliced thin)
  • Romaine or butter lettuce (small leaves or torn pieces)
  • Cheddar cheese slices (cut into small squares)
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Skewers or toothpicks

How To Make Egg BLT Sliders

  1. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and slice each one in half lengthwise, then cook the bacon until crispy and cut into smaller pieces.
  2. On one egg half, layer a small amount of mayo, a piece of lettuce, a tomato slice, and a piece of bacon, then top with the other egg half to form a mini sandwich.
  3. Secure each with a toothpick, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately or chill until ready to eat.
