Fatti's & Moni's Broccoli Mac 'n Cheese

Ingredients:
2 cups pre-cooked Fatti’s & Moni’s Bellissimo Ridged macaroni
Half 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
Half 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
1 cup butter
Half 1 cup milk
Half 1 cup flour
Salt and pepper for seasoning
1 and a half cups pre-cooked broccoli

Method:
Start by making the roux, heat the butter over a medium high heat. Add the flour and milk all at once whisking vigorously. When the mixture thins and starts to bubble, reduce heat to low and cut back the whisking. Cook until you smell a toasty aroma then cook 2 minutes more, stirring occasionally
Add your grated cheese along with your seasoning, on top of the roux to make the cheese sauce
Add in the cooked pasta and broccoli and stir together, mixing in all ingredients.
