Feta Bake with Olives & Sun-dried Tomatoes

Adding a Mediterranean twist to a viral dish!

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g feta cheese
  • 1 cup olives, pitted
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • ½ cup sundried tomatoes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp thyme
  • ¼ tsp dried rosemary
  • Black pepper, to taste

How To Make Feta Bake with Olives & Sun-dried Tomatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of a small baking dish.
  3. Scatter the olives, chopped garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes around and on top of the feta.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over everything.
  5. Sprinkle with oregano, thyme, dried rosemary, and a pinch of black pepper.
  6. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the feta is soft and slightly golden on top.
