Fruity Baked Yoghurt

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 250g Fruits of the
  • Forest, any flavour
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup frozen berries

How To Make Fruity Baked Yoghurt

  1. Preheat the oven to 160C.
  2. Add the eggs, Fruits of the forest, corn flour and maple syrup to a bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
  3. Fold in the frozen berries and pour into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until yoghurt is firm.
  5. Eat warm or allow to chill.
