Ingredients:

  • For the beef patty:
  • Mince beef 250g
  • 2tbsp oil
  • 1/2 finely diced chopped red onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2tbsp Worcester sauce
  • For the sauce:
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • To serve:
  • burger buns, toasted
  • bacon
  • sliced cheese
  • red onion, sliced
  • fresh rocket
  • garlic mayo

How To Make Bacon Cheesy Crunchy

  1. Add all ingredients for the patties into a large bowl and mix until well combined, then place into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from the fridge, divide into pieces and shape well. Cook to your liking.
  3. For the sauce add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
  4. Assemble your burger and enjoy!

  • For the chicken patty:
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp chicken spice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt & pepper
  • finely chopped red onion
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • Oil for frying
  • For the sauce:
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • To serve:
  • Red onion
  • Fresh rocket
  • Cheese
  • Tomato
  • Garlic mayo

How To Make Double Peri-Peri Cheese Master

  1. Combine the spices and flour, and coat your chicken breast in the flour and egg.
  2. Fry until golden crispy and cooked through.
  3. For the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Assemble your burger and enjoy!

  • 1 red onion
  • Garlic
  • 50g sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pepper
  • Thyme, oregano or parsley
  • Red wine
  • Red wine vinegar
  • To serve:
  • Onion marmalade
  • Rocket
  • Tomato
  • Cheese
  • Smashed avocado
  • Garlic mayo

How To Make Nuts Over Burger

  1. For the patty, add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until well combined, then place into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from the fridge, divide into pieces and shape well.
  3. Cook to your liking.
  4. For the onion marmalade: Heat oil in pan, add in onions and saute, add in garlic seasonings, herbs.
  5. Add in red wine and red wine vinegar and allow this to simmer on low for about 2 hours.
  6. Assemble your burger and enjoy!
