Ingredients:
- For the beef patty:
- Mince beef 250g
- 2tbsp oil
- 1/2 finely diced chopped red onion
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2tbsp Worcester sauce
- For the sauce:
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- To serve:
- burger buns, toasted
- bacon
- sliced cheese
- red onion, sliced
- fresh rocket
- garlic mayo
How To Make Bacon Cheesy Crunchy
- Add all ingredients for the patties into a large bowl and mix until well combined, then place into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge, divide into pieces and shape well. Cook to your liking.
- For the sauce add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Assemble your burger and enjoy!

- For the chicken patty:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp chicken spice
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt & pepper
- finely chopped red onion
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
- For the sauce:
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- To serve:
- Red onion
- Fresh rocket
- Cheese
- Tomato
- Garlic mayo
How To Make Double Peri-Peri Cheese Master
- Combine the spices and flour, and coat your chicken breast in the flour and egg.
- Fry until golden crispy and cooked through.
- For the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Assemble your burger and enjoy!

- Garlic
- 50g sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Pepper
- Thyme, oregano or parsley
- Red wine
- Red wine vinegar
- To serve:
- Onion marmalade
- Rocket
- Tomato
- Cheese
- Smashed avocado
- Garlic mayo
How To Make Nuts Over Burger
- For the patty, add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until well combined, then place into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge, divide into pieces and shape well.
- Cook to your liking.
- For the onion marmalade: Heat oil in pan, add in onions and saute, add in garlic seasonings, herbs.
- Add in red wine and red wine vinegar and allow this to simmer on low for about 2 hours.
- Assemble your burger and enjoy!
