Packed with fresh fruit and creamy goodness, this Fruity Frozen Yoghurt Bark is a nutritious treat you can enjoy anytime!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Clover Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola or nuts (optional, for crunch)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

How To Make Fruity Frozen Yoghurt Bark

  1. In a bowl, mix the Clover Double Cream Plain Yoghurt with honey and vanilla extract, if using, until well-combined.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the yoghurt mixture onto the tray and spread it evenly with a spatula until it’s about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the mixed berries, granola or nuts, and chia seeds evenly over the yoghurt base.
  5. Press the toppings lightly into the yoghurt so they stick.
  6. Place the tray in the freezer for about 3–4 hours or until the yoghurt is completely frozen.
  7. Once the yoghurt bark is frozen, remove it from the freezer and break it into pieces using your hands or cut it into squares with a knife.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and enjoy immediately! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
