Ingredients:
- 2 cups Clover Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granola or nuts (optional, for crunch)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
How To Make Fruity Frozen Yoghurt Bark
- In a bowl, mix the Clover Double Cream Plain Yoghurt with honey and vanilla extract, if using, until well-combined.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the yoghurt mixture onto the tray and spread it evenly with a spatula until it’s about 1/2 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the mixed berries, granola or nuts, and chia seeds evenly over the yoghurt base.
- Press the toppings lightly into the yoghurt so they stick.
- Place the tray in the freezer for about 3–4 hours or until the yoghurt is completely frozen.
- Once the yoghurt bark is frozen, remove it from the freezer and break it into pieces using your hands or cut it into squares with a knife.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and enjoy immediately! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
