1 cup Go Nuts peanut butter Pinch of salt 2 ½ cups Rice Krispie cereal 1 ½ cups chocolate drops Maldon salt
Method:
Prepare a 12-cupcake tray with liners. Melt the peanut butter in a saucepan on low heat, remove from the heat and the rice krispies and mix well. Evenly distribute the mixture into the liners and press down firmly. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave. Spoon the melted chocolate over each treat, distributing smoothly and evenly. Chill in the fridge until firm. Once chilled, remove from the tray and sprinkle flakes of salt on each and serve.
Chefs Tip: Choc chips would go well with the smooth peanut butter taste as well as chopped nuts for extra crunch
