Golden Cloud & Beacon Christmas Tree Brownies
It’s Christmas in July!

Ingredients:
1 box Golden Cloud Chocolate Flavoured
150ml milk
100ml water
75ml sunflower oil
2 large eggs
1 cup Beacon Heavenly Brownie slab
2 cups green buttercream
Beacon Fruit Jubes
Beacon Liq-O-Dots Liquorice Allsorts
Icing Sugar, to dust
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C and prepare a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, place the Golden Cloud Cake Mix. In separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Break the Beacon Heavenly Brownie slab into small pieces and place in a bowl over simmering water and melt. Fold the melted chocolate into the batter.
Pour the batter into the baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool completely. Transfer the brownie onto a serving wooden board. Cut and shape the brownie sheet into one large tree.
Pipe the buttercream onto the brownie sheet, excluding the trunk of the tree.
Top with the Beacon fruit Jubes and All sorts.
