Golden Cloud Reindeer Cookies
Nothing screams festive if your cookie is not decorated in the cutest way.

200g Beacon Midnight Velvet
150g white sugar
110g brown sugar
125g Golden Cloud Cake Flour
15g cocoa powder
5g baking powder
Pinch of salt
80g Beacon Milk Chocolate, melted
24 white circles with black center all sorts from the Mint Mini Liquorice all sorts
12 red Beacon Jelly Tots
24 small pretzel knots
Preheat the oven to 180C and line two baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the butter and chocolate and place on a pot of gently simmering water to create a double boiler. Stir to melt then set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugars and vanilla essence until pale. Gently pour in the chocolate mixer while whisking until combined. Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Scoop 2 tbsp of dough and drop onto the baking sheet. Making sure to leave space between each cookie.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. The cookies will be soft, allow them to cool completely on the tray.
Once cooled spread the Beacon milk chocolate on the cookie, top with 2 eye shaped all sorts, one red jelly tot as the nose and two pretzels at ears.
