Granola Yoghurt Bark

Bokomo Nature’s Source is the secret to this easy grab-and-go breakfast!

Freezing Time: 2–3 hrs

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Bokomo Nature’s Source Granola (any variety)
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mixed berries or dried fruit
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips or coconut flakes (optional)

How To Make Granola Yoghurt Bark

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, about 1 cm thick.
  3. Sprinkle granola, berries, and any additional toppings evenly over the yogurt.
  4. Freeze for 2–3 hours or until firm.
  5. Break into pieces and enjoy!
  6. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
